This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down and relaxation. The focus is on building both strength and flexibility, with modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for those with some yoga experience.
You will receive an individual Zoom link for each class in a Reminder email at 4 PM ET one day before, as well as 20 minutes before class. Be sure to check your Spam folder for this important message. You may also find the Zoom link by signing into your account at jurianhughes.punchpass.com and going to Reservations.
You may cancel up to one hour before class by signing into your account at jurianhughes.punchpass.com and going to Reservations or by using the cancellation link provided in your Reservation Reminder email.
Zoom classroom opens approximately 15 minutes before session begins.
Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in easily. Bring what you have available of these items: yoga mat, two yoga blocks, yoga strap (or a cloth belt/sock/scarf), a firm cushion/folded blanket/towel to sit on, water, tissue (for clearing the nose). Prepare by making your space as quiet as possible. Consider placing your phone in silent mode.
