This 30-minute gentle-to-moderate practice is appropriate for everyone, whether you practice in a chair or on a mat. The focus is on yogic tools to sustain an active, healthy lifestyle, as well as a peaceful mind and joyful heart, even when you're time-challenged! ? You may cancel up to one hour before class by signing into your account at jurianhughes.punchpass.com and following the cancelation instructions under the Reservations tab, or by using the cancellation link provided  in your Reservation Reminder email.
Still have questions? Write [email protected]. Zoom classroom opens approximately 15 minutes before session begins. Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in easily. Bring what you have available of these items: yoga mat, two yoga blocks, yoga strap (or a cloth belt/scarf), a firm cushion/folded blanket/towel to sit on, water, tissue (for clearing the nose). Prepare by making your space as quiet as possible. Consider placing your phone in silent mode.
