Both science and human experience provide ample evidence: Yoga can be a tremendous help in managing depression. In this hands-on workshop we’ll dive into the many ways in which yoga supports mental, emotional, physical and behavioral health and why. 

No experience needed. Attendance at Yoga Mood Boost part 1 is not a pre-requisite. Modifications will be offered throughout. Dress comfortably. Bring pen, paper, yoga mat, firm cushion, towel or blanket, and, if available, a yoga strap and blocks. Available live or via recording. (Please note: Sharing portion will not be recorded.)

Pay-what-you-can, $10-50. Your donation of $25 or more is greatly appreciated. Net proceeds benefit LiveWell Foundation, offering free peer support for depression, recovery and personal growth.

This special 2-hr workshop is not included in the 1-, 5-, 10- or Unlimited Pass and requires a special pass purchase.
