Science and experience provide ample evidence: Yoga can be a tremendous help in managing depression. This 55-minute all-levels practice includes yoga breathing and postures to boost your mood. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for everyone, no experience needed.

You will receive an individual Zoom link for each class in a Reminder email at 4 PM ET one day before, as well as 20 minutes before class. Zoom classroom opens approximately 15 minutes before session begins.

Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in easily. Bring what you have available of these items: yoga mat, two blocks, strap, a firm cushion/folded blanket/towel to sit on, water, tissue (for clearing the nose). Prepare by making your space as quiet as possible. Consider placing your phone in silent mode.
